Following the latest UK Government update, DMAP Security has increased measures to ensure continuity of business and to protect the health of its customers and employees.
Safety is our business, so as COVID-19 continues to spread across in the UK and in the world, we want you to know that our company is committed to providing employees with safe work environments.
To this end and in line with UK Government advice, we have implemented wide-ranging measures including, but not limited to, the following:
Domestic installations
We have temporarily ceased providing new domestic / residential installations including Alarm, CCTV or Door Entry Systems until further notice. Technical support to our existing customers will continue to be provided by telephone or other telecommunication methods.
Commercial installations
As businesses temporarily closing down for a predictibly lengthy time, we continue to provide NEW installations to secure commercial premises against instrusion, burglary, vandalism etc.. where and when it is safe to do so. Social distancing will be strictly enforced during installation and suitable PPE provided to our employees. Any remote viewing setup will be carried out remotely or instructed to our customers on the phone or via other telecommunications methods.
Support
Technical support to our existing customers will continue to be provided by telephone or other telecommunication methods.
